All products except “consumables eg lamps, batteries, everything for parts or repair items”, unless otherwise noted, have a 14-day Dead on Arrival warranty.

If your item is not in working condition upon arrival, it may be returned for a replacement within 14 days of the product’s shipping date.

Our warranty does not include missing accessories not declared in our ad or in the photo, etc.

To return an item, contact us and request the return of the order.

All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging, in resalable condition, and include manuals, warranty cards, and any other accessories.

The customer is solely responsible for shipping the product back to us. Local Pick Customers can pick up their orders locally from our warehouse. After payment is received, we will contact you with the location and available pick-up times. Please bring a photo ID and a copy of your application.
